COORDINATION DRILLS
1. Jump Rope Drills

 Classic conditioning exercise which works on hand/


foot/ implement coordination when you progress
beyond two foot hopping.

2. Volley Shuttle

 Stand in a stride position and hold your racket. Hit the


shuttlecock using the forehand grip or you can use the
back and fort.
 Control your shuttlecock and avoid touching it to the
ground. Do this drill 20 times

3. Wall Rally

 Stand in the ready position with the knees bent and


the racket in the neutral grip. You should be three to
four feet away from the wall.
 Hit the shuttle on the wall using your forehand and
backhand stroke. Do this drills 20 times.

4. Shuttle Throw Cues

 Step your right or left foot forward and hold your


shuttlecock facing towards the net. Throw the
shuttlecock upward with a follow through of your
arms. Repeat this drill 10 times.

5. Wall ball bounce

 Toss the ball on the wall


 Catch the ball when it bounce back to you
 Work on throwing the ball from different distances and
aiming for different points on the wall,

 Holding two balls in font


 Then cross your arms and drop the ball at the
same time
 Then Catch the balls by untangling your arms
