the research and improvement of new
materials that are typically much rarer and
how their properties could be altered to
improve this material’s characteristics and
essentially create a new use for this
previously little-known material and
become desirable for its implementation
Engineer
 A materials engineer’s work life is more
designated in the appliances of materials
along the lines of composites/alloys that
are on the more common side of the
spectrum so that engineer can apply them
as a solution to a problem or into a new
line of a design or product or to simply
improve upon it
