PE – deck of cards workout

Instructions:

Each suit has been assigned an exercise. You should randomly stop the video and you must perform the designated
exercise for the number of reps indicated on the card, 2 through 10.

For the face cards:

Jack = 11 reps
Queen = 12 reps
King = 13 reps
Ace = 14 reps
Let’s look at each movement…

Burpees

Squats

Sit ups

Press ups
Ready? Let’s go..!
Burpees Jack = 11 reps
Queen = 12 reps
King = 13 reps
Ace = 14 reps
