Assistance
• Remote technical assistance . intervention to remote solutions as long as these services are active in
the system. These assistances must be authorized and activated in their instances by the System
Administrator, when he requires them as effective support for not being a critical situation, but his
prompt assistance and solution is desired.
• On-site assistance for the intervention of computer problems in the server infrastructure (s). for the
