WHAT IS WORK IMMERSION?

Work Immersion is one of the course

requirements for graduation a Senior High
School student has to undergo .

WI aims to provide SHS learners with

opportunities to familiarize learners with the
workplace; to simulate employment; and
apply learners competencies in their areas of
specialization in authentic work environments.

1. How may hours will be the Home- Based Work Immersion?
Home - Based work immersion will take 80 hours or 10
working days
2. When exactly the home Immersion start?
This 3rd quarter is the start of work Immersion.
3. What is the final product of work immersion ?
To produce a creative portfolio individually which
contains the following:
Cumulative report
Reflections
Documentation of activities done
Responsibilities of Learners in Work Immersion:

1. ATTEND WORK ORIENTATION.

2. ATTEND IMMERSION CLASS (online) which will be
conducted by the Work Immersion Teacher in
order to discuss the following:
a.RESUME
b. WRITING AN APPLICATION LETER
c. WORK ETHICS
d. Securing Barangay clearance , Police
clearance, Mayor’s clearance, Medical
certificate
e. Job Interview skills training
Responsibilities of Learners in Work Immersion:

4. Be responsible in accomplishing your
portfolio.
5. Complete Immersion requirements
