Breadwinner Scholarship Policy Under this scholarship program, the company will guarantee or sponsor at least one child (preferably the eldest of the family) for a full scholarship until college. The children will be selected from families who cannot afford to send their children to the school. Once the child was able to finish the study, he/she will then need to sponsor another child, (which can be a sibling, a relative, or another child of choice) in return for the scholarship granted to him/her. Community Work Policy Under this policy, all employees are required to render at least three days (per month) of volunteer work in the community as part of their employment hours. The volunteer work will involved activities such as livelihood training, financial literacy training programs and other similar activities. The hours rendered in doing the volunteer work will be treated as part of the regular hours of work and the employee will have equivalent salary for it. The employees’ schedule of voluntary works should be planned and organized ahead of time so that there will still be employees left in the workplace while others are doing voluntary works. Energy Saving and Recycling Policy
The company will allow allotted 30 mins of “off-time” in the morning and afternoon, wherein the employees are allowed to pause in their work, or go outside of the work premises. During this time the lights will be turned off, including the aircon, internet and other electronic devices to reduce the consumption of electricity. The employees are also required to clean their own space and their garbage should be delivered personally to the maintenance team. A reward will be given to the employee who will bring the most number of recyclable waste.
