 Cause of Hiroshima and Nagasaki Explosion.
After the Japan Invasion on Pearl Harbour on
December 7th, 1941, America soon declared war on
Japan the next day. America was furious, and in
response to Pearl Harbour attack, They were planning
to respond Japan with something big.
Soon after the attack America boosted up them
nuclear warhead progression and named a project the
Manhattan project. It was all about the nuclear

 Completion Of The Nuclear Bomb
The first 6 nuclear bomb was successfully created
by The US on July the 16th 1945 and 1 of the 6 were
tested on the same day on a deserted place of New
Mexico in Jornada del Muerto desert. US officials
Ministers congratulated the scientists and all enjoyed
a view of the enormous mushroom cloud on
Jornada del Muerto desert.
 Bombing Of Hiroshima and Nagasaki
After the test Seven B29 were prepared for the
nuclear detonation. Only 2 B29 s were ordered to fly
rest of them were for backup and 2 B29 s flew from a
aircraft carrier on the Pacific ocean in 5th August 1945.
Then on 6th August in 8:30 AM, a nuclear bomb named
Little Boy detonated on Hiroshima killing 129,000 (1 lakh
29 - thousand) civilians, as well as 20,000 soldiers. After 3
days on 9th August 1945 a second bomb detonated on
Nagasaki killing 226,000 (2 lakh 26 thousand) people
and in total killing 355,000 (3 lakh 55 thousand). Many
survivors died due to chemical radiation killing 45
thousand more. Many survivors lost their eyes arms and
melted due to the radiation.
 After Math of the 2 cities after bombing.
• Many people became handicapped and lost their homes and body parts due to
radiation.
• 521,000 people were killed and it was a worst nightmare for Japan.
• Biologically Defected children were born in masses and many infants died in birth.
• Radiation was still there and made many more die due to melting.
• 76,000 out of 90,000 buildings were destroyed and making it a huge barren waste
land in Hiroshima.
• In Nagasaki 122,000 houses were destroyed out of 140,000 houses in Nagasaki.
 Overcoming the Threats
• Japan Scientists were onto action and
made several medicines including
some devices to reduce the affects of
nuclear radiation.
• Creating New methods to neutralize
the nuclear radiation.
• The birth of Defected children were
up to 1954 when Japan successfully
overcame the threats and birth of
Defected children are in very less
percent but it still occurs.
• Now the both cities are in a happy
state and are best for tourist visits.
• The Scar that happened in Japan may
take lot of time to heal.
