THE PURPOSE
• The purpose of writing this paper is to provide ideas about the
efforts to improve the quality of health services and reduce the
health costs. In addition, so that people get the benefit from health
education to prevent various diseases.
THE BENEFITS
• As a recommendation for the government in improving the health
status of the Indonesian people.
• Extending educational insights for health workers and the
community.
• Encourage the growth of communication and information exchange
between health service institutions.
• Improve the quality and efficiency of health services.
WRITING METHOD
• The method used in writing this paper is the study of literature. The
main types of references used in literature studies are scientific
journals and articels. The data is used as a basis for analyzing and
explaining problems in a discussion.

The application of e-health in Surabaya :


- e-kiosk machine
- Touch screen monitor, keyboard, mouse, RFID or e-KTP
scanner & printer
- E-health is equipped with 3 languages namely Indonesian,
Javanese and Madurese language.
CONCLUSIONS
• E-health helps health workers to exchange the informations
electronically & helps patient to get the effective & efficient health
care facilities.
• E-health implements an ICT-based service system and uses electronic
media such as computers and others telecommunication device.
• One of the cities in Indonesia that has adopted e-health is Surabaya,
whose model is implemented through e-kiosk devices and the
application uses 3 languages namely Indonesian, Javanese and
Madurese language.
RECOMMENDATIONS
• Improved program socialization, improved interface & service media
content and additional number of hospitals in the application list.
