WHY LEADERSHIP IS IMPORTANT?

The success of an organization is largely governed by the leadership skills of its managers. This is how we
have the case of Fred Smith, creator of the FedEx company. Fred had to face criticism, as they considered
that his business idea would not be successful. However, 13 years later, FedEx invoices a billion dollars
annually, this is thanks to its intuitive capabilities, since Fred opts for a participative leadership, which makes
clear in his motto "People-Service-Utilities", making clear the importance that it gives its human capital
above the material.

There are certain abilities of a leader that cannot be underestimated. It is these skills that are responsible
for promoting and producing the best changes in an organization. It also allows us to analyze positive and
negative points of the management of subordinate personnel and design a strategic plan, in a company
leadership is very important because it allows us to achieve the objectives set
Section 2:

Some people name leadership as feeling superior than others. Scott Adams
believes that leadership makes people be manipulated, that people "leaders" can
not get to get things by themselves, but through other people. They tend to
blame predecessors for mistakes, and whenever some kind of job goes well, they
are the first to be congratulated.

Having leadership is often dangerous, since the path that people should know is
the path of good, where by having a goal they can get there by doing good
things. But the leader tends to get confused on the way and guide them to a
path of evil and a path where they harm people in order to complete that
objective. Like Hitler, a true leader who had several soldiers kill millions of
innocent people with his sole objective of ruling.
