Understand the importance of water as a solvent in transport, including its dipole nature
Know the differences between monosaccharides dissacharides and polysaccharides, including
glycogen and starch.
Describe between unsaturated and staurated fatty acids
Know the basic structure of amino acid, understand the formation of polypeptides and proteins, as
amino acid monomers linked together by condensation reaction to form peptide bonds.
