Grilling is something of a popular sport in the US. To get a first-class result, the
following are needed: The right base ingredients, of the highest quality, and with the
right man or woman tending the grill.
        
At O'Learys, we assume that you have high expectations. So we've set the bar high
with our supreme salmon, tuna and well-marbled beef-steaks with a grill area
preserving the succulent juices of the meat.
    
At O'Learys, you can compose you're own grilled dish as all our grilled meals are
served with the season's vegetables and a choice of your own compliments to go with
it.

• Green is the colour of O’Learys, and so is our menu as we offer really great salads.
Not least with the King of Salads, the Caesar Salad. According to legend, it was
created by the Italian restauranteur, Caesar Cardini in Tijuana, Mexico, on USA's
national day, the 4th July 1924. The mixture of nationalities and craft in food
preparation make it the most beloved of all salads.     
• The classic Caesar Salad is just one of the green experiences at O'Learys. try our
Shrimp Salad with chili-marinated shrimps on a bed of mixed vegetables with fajita
dressing and onion bread. Or how about O’Learys Chicken Club Salad with grilled

More than a good pasta

Marco Polo brought back noodles from China and his fellow countrymen refined
them to make pasta using durum wheat and eggs. At O’Learys we offer classics
such as Pasta Alfredo, a favourite with creamed sauce, chicken breast, pico de gallo
and golden creamed onion-bread. Or why not a Dijon Beef Pasta, a delicious

Meals with hamburgers
• It's possible that USA's first hamburger was served in Boston at the end of the
1800's which arrived with the immigrants from Hamburg. It's claimed that the
Germans, in their turn, got the idea from one of Asia's horse-based cultures, the
Tartars under the rule of Djingis Khan.     
• Djingis will have to excuse us but frankly you'll have to search for a long time to
find better hamburgers than those on offer at O’Learys. And we've taken on board
the fact that few meals are so strongly associated with the USA and sport than the
hamburger.

Nobody raises their eyebrows and the staff know that the most boring time is waiting
