Claim
Labor claiming blackouts
• Blackout start: 1st of September
• Blackout end: 16th of September (subject to change)
Actions Required
1. Submit labor with your IBM record for full month of August, including 30th and 31st of August.
2. Ensure all the timesheets previously submitted up until 31st of August are correct - after your employee record is
migrated to Kyndryl you will not be able to update previous labor after the transition.
3. Keep track of timesheet for 1st-16th of September manually - Time@IBM will not be available for labor claiming until
16th of Sep. Labor claiming will be fully locked, even for standard claim items (vacation, unbilled, AAID, and others..)

Important
• Ocean id (@[Link]) will be created between August 14th and August 30th.
• Once the ids are created, we will do testing to make sure access is working. Teams will be notified at that time.

Voice Services
1. The migration of voice services for employees who may transition to Kyndryl begins this month.
2. To use your Cisco desk phone during the transition period, sign in with your current IP
Telephone Number (ITN) and PIN combination.
3. If you’re a Jabber user, you’ll have to reset and reauthenticate your account when the migration is
complete. You’ll receive further instructions when it’s time to reset your Jabber account.
