 Wheel Structure
• The leader acts as the Centre of communication.
• The leader accumulates information and disseminate it to all the members
of the organization and to outsiders as well.
• In this structure, subordinates are not entitled to communicate with each
other and sometimes even do not know each other.
• It speeds up the communication and there can be quick and simultaneous
feedback.
