QUALITY OBJECTIVES
Quality Objectives are to determine conformity to the customer
requirement and facilitate the effective deployment and improvement
of the quality management system (QMS)

areas :
• Product : reduction in defect rates or scrap rates
• Process : Improving process productivity
• Customer : Reduction in complaints & improvement in customer
satisfaction rating
