Ethical Dilemma Exercise
How much emphasis on work is too much? What is the right balance between work and personal life? How much would you
be willing to give up to be CEO of a major company ? And if you were a CEO, what ethical responsibilities, if any, do you think
you have to help your employees balance their work/family obligations?
Giving all your time in work and forgetting about your family just to get the position you want doesn't
Bring you success. Work and personal life must be balanced in order for you to keep your family
And at the same time achieve the career you want. If I were a CEO I wont give up anything
Because I believe that I can achieve without choosing to let go of something. Being a CEO I have to help
My employees balance their work and family for them to become successful and happy.
