PCDF and GoUP had formed a marketing company named PMML in 2016 with
51% and 49% stake respectively paid-up capital of Rs. 5 crore.
Objective of To market milk & milk products of PCDF/Milk Union under the brand
Company name of “Parag”.

Creating an additional structure for marketing as above will only add to the
NDDB’s
overheads and will not add any value to the returns to producer members.

It is advisable that PCDF should strengthen its own marketing infrastructure and
carry out marketing of milk & milk products within/outside the state.
