Identity of professional ups

 The identity of UPS professionals refers to the way in which professionals

subjectively live their work and which aspects satisfy them and which do not.
This forms part of their social identity and is conceived as the "definition of
self" that the professional makes about the performance of their professional
activity, which allows them to recognize themselves and be recognized in a
relationship of identification and differentiation from other teachers.

 This implies that professionals have throughout their professional careers a set
of characteristics that define them, this is what is known as "identity". This
identity does not arise automatically, but is built through a complex, dynamic
and sustained process over time, that is, it is built from the beginning and
continues throughout their professional careers.

 Professionals coexist with each other which implies that this will be presented
with a common part to all teachers, since the concept of professional identity
corresponds to a type of collective identity that is born on the one hand from
"an individual construction referring to the history of the professional and
his/her social characteristics, but also from a collective construction linked to
the context in which the professional works.
