4 PROBLEMS THAT ELECTRONIC

ENGINEERS HAVE IN SOCIETY

• A very important problem of an engineer of the ups in the society can be at the
time of hiring us and as we do not have enough experience they want to pay us a
low salary compared to other professionals.
• Electronic engineers are dedicated to the
research, design and management of the
equipment used to control and monitor
processes, systems and machinery in many
different areas being the most applied in the
industry, however the problem is that many
owners of these industries do not trust the
electronic engineers of this country, so they
often seek people or other international
companies that do this work, even the same
government, prefers foreign professionals
than professionals from the same country.
• A problem in our career is that in the cities we live in there are no jobs for so
many Engineers, which leads to travel to other places away from families, to get a
job and so be able to maintain them.
• one of the main problems for the engineers graduated
from our university in our society is the crisis around
employment is serious this time not only many
engineers with a good academic level are unemployed,
nor because they often perceive a decline in the quality
of the jobs available to such engineers at different
companies, or because there are few skilled and
talented people who earn an average salary.

• The problem in today's post-crisis world is that

policymakers and professionals everywhere are no
longer sure how to create jobs, and what is equally
important, and perhaps even more, how to create good
jobs .
