As this is desalination process so we take

diffusivity coefficient of sodium and chloride.

So what should we take in peptide diffusive

coefficient for cation and Anion selective
membrane separation?
I just find a clue from the paper COO- and (N+(CH3)3). Will we
need to use its diffusive coefficient in model?

If yes then I search for its value but didn’t find in the paper.
As peptide comes from natural sources like
slaughter house, alfalfa plant etc… so what
value should we use for this?
cCl_0 is concertation of seawater but what is
cMem concentration?
On which basis we take these variable? The x is
depends on what? There is no value for x in
parameter.
On which basis we use this formula? And also
for variable 3.
On which basis we use this formula? And what is
difference between analytical and variables?
On which basis we use this formula? And
what is F_const?
What is periodic condition? And what “src” and
“dst” mean?
As in practice I usually used normal meshing. Why we
are using mapped mesh and why each distribution
have different values (element ratio)? On which basis
we are doing these kind of meshing?
Why electrolyte potential is low at CATION Selective
membrane and high at ANION selective membrane?
As sodium(Na) have + charge so it should
move toward cation membrane but this
figure show same result/conc; on both
cation and anion membrane
As sodium(Na) have + charge so its flux
should be high on cation membrane

but this figure show same flux is high on

anion membrane
As chloride (cl- ) is negative charge so it
move toward cation membrane but why it
concentration in all channels is same(sky
blue color is same in all channels)?
Also please explain that why electrolyte
density is negative ?
And how we relate it to concentration?
General Question.
Did we know that from which material anode and cathode selective membrane is made? Or
we just give value and don’t know about the material?

Is we get peptide from different sources (like slaughter blood, alfalfa plant etc), so which
source properties we will use in this model?

Thank you
