1.building height restrictions ,So it had a more horizontal arrangement ,
emphasising on the heritaged buildings ,Slowly there are high rise proposals
which were restricted to few official buildings and had certain restrictions of
not proposing nearby zones such that it does not disturb the visual access
of the historic lookouts which are the main characters of Vienna
(2) For buildings that already existed at the time when the 1989 amendment to the building regulations came
into force, departmental permits for building lots must be issued in garden settlement areas even if access
routes do not reach the widths required in Section 16 (3); They must not be less than a clear width of 2.50 m
