As I begin to make this portfolio, I


see the progress of my students, myself
and I can’t help to think and look back
how this school year began. And I am
proud on how far I went and how good I
become. Seeing these artifacts sparks a joy
in my heart because I can also see in this

I have attended and participated different LAC Sessions and INSET in

school, district and division . We conducted LAC Sessions to
disseminate information about LDM, to exchange thoughts &
learnings and to help one another in doing all the task related to
LDM.
REFLECTIVE SUMMARY
I learned in this LDM course the consistency
and how to be persistent in every beginning you
made. This course gave me tons of learnings
when it comes to addressing the difficulties of
my students and giving solutions to problems of
this school year.

I regularly checked my learners’ achievements through home I conducted a Parent-teacher Conference to give them updates and
visitation and through text. feedbacks to their submitted outputs. I also asked them their
