Retail organization structure is the specifications of
the jobs to be done within an organization and the
ways in which they relate to one another, thus
motivating the employees so that they cooperate to
achieve the organization’s goals. The organization
structure should encourage the employees to work
hard and to develop supportive work attitudes. It allow
people and groups to cooperate and work together
effectively.
