DAILY ROUTINE

Esneider váquiro palomino

 my name is Esneider, I am eighteen
years old, I live in the municipality of
Espinal Tolima
I am a seminarian
at the major seminary
of providence
every day I wake up when
the alarm sounds
at five and ten (5:10 am).
I do a few stretching exercises and then I go to the
shower
After showering, I brush my teeth, dress,
and then comb my hair.
At five forty (5:40 am) I go to the chapel
to say the morning prayer (lauds)
