Diagrams
 Circuit diagrams are a visual
way of showing circuits. A
circuit diagram (also known as
an electrical diagram,
elementary diagram, or
electronic schematic diagram) is
a simplified conventional
graphical representation of an
electrical circuit.
 A pictorial circuit
diagram uses simple
images of
components.
A schematic diagram shows
the components of the
circuit as symbols; both
types show the connections
between the devices.
A block diagram is a diagram
of a system, in which the
principal parts or functions
are represented by blocks
connected by lines that
show the relationships of
the blocks.
Electricians and engineers
draw circuit diagrams to
help them design the
actual circuits. Here is an
