Cameron: Hi Dani

Dan: How are you?

Cameron: fine and you?

Dan: I’m Fine. Cam, I need to do a lot of homework

Cameron: About what?

Dan: It’s about routers. Do you know about routers??

Cameron: Yes, What do you need to know?

Dan: What is routing software, also called a router?

Cameron: The routing software is a specific program for computers or mobile devices that allows the analysis of
different information exchange routes which can be computer routes and travel routes.

Dan: ok, Do you know some examples?

Cameron: Yes, for example

- U Route is a highly recommended software for small and medium sized transportation companies in almost all
industries. It offers a comprehensive and web accessible transport management, specialized in intermodal and
multimodal transport. It contributes to significantly reduce transportation costs due to the routing that it applies,
helps to make critical logistic decisions, reinforces the conexion between shippers and their main companies.

Dan: Sounds interesting. What are the applications and benefits?

Cameron: Routing software applications are extensive, some applied to the logistics and transport sector. Among
them, it is possible to access positioning information in real time, speed, engine on/off, and at the same time
georeference sites and geofencing areas.

- Let´s talk about the benefits, the long list of functionalities allows software users and operators to optimize the
management of their fleets, reduce costs and improve security and customer service.

Dan: How this software adds value to the product?

Cameron: The added value is evidenced when the customer is guaranteed maximum availability and efficiency in
terms of the product, through the development of systems that minimize delays and misdeliveries. The software
optimizes this entire process which directly impacts customer satisfaction.

Dan: What is a critical path plan?

Cameron: A critical path is a method used to calculate times in the planning of a project. It is an algorithm that seeks to
optimize costs from the scheduling of actions.

Dan: Cam, thanks for your help.

Cameron: You’re welcome. I'll be glad to help you when you need me.

Dan: Bye Cameron

Cameron: Bye Dan, take care.
