I think the first thing they need to do is to settle the
problem with the protesters. Because if you know
customers are having problems, it should be your goal to
get to the root of it.

After dealing with protesters, you can communicate the


company's message and goodwill in the future to them.
Having proper communication with the consumer will help
both parties to understand their goals.

There are many ways to strengthen the strategy for


communicating the company's message. Essentially, they
must need to keep the message as simple and direct as
possible.

message and goodwill in the future

As the manager of community relation, your role is to become


a middleman for both parties the community and the
corporation you are working with. You have to listen to both
side and think about the benefits of both parties. You have to
make them understand the importance of both sides.

In this time where in both parties do not meet their wants and
needs, it a big challenge for the community relation officer on
how to fixed the issues. So, first as a person in charge you have
to listen and understand their point of view and what they are
fighting for.

After you heard both sides it’s time for you to decide whatwould
be the best decision that would benefit both sides without being
one sided to avoid more conflicts. You have to be considerate
and have a wide understanding. With that attitude you could be
