critical patients.include:

Interview:
1.Main complaint
Ask about the most important disturbances felt by the
client so he needs help. Complaints that must be
considered include shortness of breath, chest pain
spreading to the arm, fatigue, coughing or bleeding,
fainting, palpitations, and others according to the
pathology of the disease.
2.Current disease history (RPS)
Ask about the course of the disease since the complaint until
the client asks for help example:
a. For a. ask when the complaint was felt,
b. number of times complaints occur,
c. what is the nature of the complaint,
d. when and what caused the complaint,
e. what conditions aggravate and alleviate complaints,
f. how to deal with complaints before asking for help,
g. resulted in these actions
3.History of previous diseases (RPD)
Ask about diseases that have been experienced before:
a. ask whether the client has been treated before
b. with what disease,
c. have experienced severe pain
4.Additional history adjusted for the pathology of the
disease
a. family history
b. employment history
c. geography history
d. history of allergies
e. social habits
f. smoking habit
