 Meaning of ICT
ICT is an acronym which is for by the term of "
Information and communications technology". It is
generally refered to us the use of new or modern
technologies to aid analysis, processing as well as
communication of information.
 Information
The term " Information" refers to any communication or
representation of knowledge such as facts, data, or
opinions in any medium or for including
textual,numerical, graphic cartographic, narrative, or
audiovisual forms.
 Communication
It is simply the act of transferring information from one
place, person or group to another through the use of
different systems media or devices such us computer

 Technology
• The greek word of technology is "Techne" and
"logos". Techne means the art, craft or skill and logos
mean to speak of it implys the practical applications
of techne.
• Technology refers to methods, systems, and devices
which are the result of scientific knowledge being
