An example is an employee who will make
sure that a guest gets what they need.

• Facilities are simply the
building/rooms/structure and sometimes the
state of repair.
• Facilities are things that a hotel provides to
make a guest’s stay more comfortable and
convenient like refrigerators in rooms, exercise
rooms, a restaurant and a business center.
