aimed at modifying the way in which a process is being developed.
These improvements should be reflected. in an improvement of the process

The continued application of this strategy generates a series of benefits for customers
for the company and for people in general.

Some of the benefits derived from an adequate process improvement are:

•Reduction of resources consumed increasing efficiency

•Decrease in time spent increasing productivity
•Reduction of the number of errors favoring its prevention
•Systematic vision of the company´s activities
