 LOCATION:
-LOCATED IN THE SOUTHERNMOST PART OF MYANMAR IN THE TANINTHARYI REGION
-MOST OF THE TERRAIN IN THE AREA IS MOUNTAINOUS
- EASY ACCESSIBLE FROM THE REST OF THE CITIES(BY PLANE OR BY BUS)
 When I visited there

 After I finished my matriculation exam
 Went there in June (summer vacation)

 It’s more like a family tradition, we go on a trip every summer to let away all our
stress

 An interesting and culturally varied place to wander around

sea and the city
 Walk Around Myoma Market which is the biggest market in kawthaung whic
will help u get a feel of authentic southern
town vibe and enjoy various local food
 Many waterfalls and hot springs are located near kawthaung
 Do not miss the innumerable Salone Villages where you can witness the loca
culture

1. Go ISLAND HOPPING(rent a boat and travel from island to island

2. Go scuba diving and snorkeling
3. Visit Bayint Naung Point(formerly known as Victoria Point)
THERE’s NO POINT OF GOING TO KAW THAUNG IF U DON’T DO THESE 3 THINGS!!
