 I admire a nurse manager, those organizing a
patient care, directing personnel to achieve
agency goals, and allocating resources. But
Organizing subordinates is not a role of the
nurse manager, but instead it is directing or
supervising them to achieve patient care needs
 OB nurses are competence and confidence
in what they are doing. They are
compassionate, empathetic, sympathetic and
committed to their job they are also
caring specially to the new born baby. They
have good communication skills, courage to
advocate for their patients and speak out when
things are going wrong.
 I admire Labor and delivery nurse manager, because of their
job which is to oversee staff who help women give birth. In
this role, they manage various clinical operations, ensure a
high standard of patient care, resolve complaints and
problems, and help schedule shifts to ensure there are always
enough caregivers within the facility and also they have one
of the most unique and rewarding jobs in healthcare. These
nursing professionals are responsible for helping and or
welcoming babies into the world and taking care of them
during their first few days of life. They care for the entire
family during the miracle of childbirth and are instrumental
figures in the lives of parents and babies.
