ANALYSIS

Reliance Industries Limited is currently paying its CEO higher than

the median pay for CEOs of companies belonging to the same
industry and with similar market capitalizations. But shareholder
returns have been positive for the last three years. Albeit, EPS
growth has not been as impressive over the same time frame. All
things considered, we don't think there's a reason to criticize CEO
compensation, though we hope Reliance Industries will post
healthier EPS growth moving forward.
Recommendations
According to our group Reliance should enter the mainline IT
as RIL’s main business still remains oil, gas & refinery. And
reliance has a good amount of capital to invest and great
manpower so I think they should start investing and putting more
emphasis on software and it companies. As now a days every
thing is going online and IT is the future. we also think that
reliance should work on charging and refeulling of electric
vehicles as they already have a infrastructure and now a days
world is moving towards electric vehicles
