MOTIVATION:
 The concept of motivation refers to internal factors that impel action and to
external factors that can act as inducements to action.- by locke and latham.
 Motivation is the act of stimulating some one or oneself to get desired course of
action or to push the right button to get a desired reaction. Michal. jucius.

 Extrinsic motivation
 Intrinsic motivation
Extrinsic motivation :
Extrinsic motivation refers to behavior that is driven by external rewards. These rewards can be
tangible, such as money or grades, or intangible, such as praise or fame.
Intrinsic motivation:
Intrinsic motivation is the degree to which feelings of esteem, growth, and competence
are expected to result from successful task performance.
Learnings:
1. If you divide the larger task into smaller ones, it wont be
scary anymore.
2. Co-ordination is really important when you work in
groups
3. Plan and manage time .
4. Motivation is very important aspect of life whether it is
extrinsic or intrinsic
5. Hold one another and (be held accountable)
