OBSERVATION
• When water is being poured into the cup where there is a vitamin C and sodium
bicarbonate or baking soda, the water forms bubbles and it slightly arises. It is
because sodium bicarbonate is a basic compound while the vitamin C is an acid
which in result to chemical reaction forming the carbon dioxide and sodium citrate.
