GAMING INDUSTRY
The following are the functions and duties of the operations security
including surveillance team and finance team :
Casino Manager - responsible for all the operations of the Casinos
Table and Games
a. Monitor game operation ensure that house rules are followed.
b. Observe players behavior for signs of cheating such as marking , switching or counting cards
notify security staff of suspect cheating.
c. Resolve customer and employee complaints
d. Greet customers and secure guest feedback on services made by the comapny.
e. Establish and maintain blanks and table limits for each game.
Pit Manager - responsible for the operation of table games and
required personnel in a designated pit.
Pit Clerk - work in the main area where the main activities of the
Casino occur.
Floor Person - works under the supervision of the Pit Manager.
