Important information

You will have 30 minutes to convert your word file to PDF file and upload to
BART.

Technical difficulties
 
If you encounter any technical issues or require support during the assessment,
please call the Building One Info Point on 01392 722660 from 9am – 5pm AT
THE TIME OF THE TEST (for out of hours please email
info.buildingone@exeter.ac.uk). Please ensure you take photo evidence if you
have any technical issues, and if possible, attach this to your email.
Instructions
Please note this paper is Option 2 Paper. This means it must be completed and submitted within a fixed duration during a
specified 24 hour period as defined on your paper.
 
As soon as you begin the download of your examination paper it will be time stamped, and the fixed duration of the examination
will begin (2 hours).
The duration will be adjusted, where appropriate, with respect to Individual Learning Plans.
Students will need to download, complete, and upload/submit their paper within the specified 24-hour period. It is your
responsibility to note the time you access your Option 2 examination paper, and keep track of when you will need to
submit.

● For ILPs, additional time and rest breaks will be added after the submissions have been received, at the point we receive a ‘late’
report. Additional time will not be added to your deadline, but will be added retrospectively.

● Any late submissions will be automatically capped, so please ensure you submit your work before the deadline.
Mitigation:
• If you are unwell, or other adverse personal circumstances affect your ability to meet a
deadline, you MUST complete an online mitigation form to request a deferral within 24 hours
of your assessment deadline.
• Please note that as this assessment is an examination we will NOT be able to offer extensions
to deadlines.
