Indian Food is famous for its taste
aroma and colour.
The variety is simply astonishing
Every region in India has its distinct
variety of food.
In North India wheat breads are
staple diet and are ate with variety
of thick curries whereas in South
India rice is the staple diet and is
accompanied by tangy but not so
thick curries.
In coastal areas coconut is widely
used in curries whereas in
mountainous regions dry fruits are
used.
The sweets also are distinct to
reach region and are savoured with
great relish. Milk based sweets are
more prevalent.
Samosa, Chicken Tikka, Paneer,
Gulab Jamun, Rosgulla are famous
and are liked and cooked all over
the world.
