Body image refers to how an individual sees their own
body and how attractive they feel themselves to
be. Many people have concerns about their body image.
These concerns often focus on weight, skin, hair, or the
shape or size of a certain body part.

People have given importance to the beauty of the

human body. Society, media, social media, and popular
culture often shape these views, and this can affect how
a person sees his/her own body.

A beautiful face and a sexy body fades. As you grow

older, you cannot control the sagging of the skin and
the wrinkles from appearing. Be a person with
substance instead. A helping and kind heart never
goes out of fashion.
Cultural aspects that lead to
such discrepancy: Society’s ideal for the perfect physical form for
both sex.

Images of perfection brought by our environment.

Any characteristic that DOES NOT CONFORM

TO THE NORM is labelled as ugly or
inappropriate.
You are beautiful, you are loved, and you are blessed!
