HALLOWEEN MOVIE STYLE POSTER

RESEARCH
Mood board
For this photoshoot I decided to try and recreate this
horror movie poster and make it my own. I took a lot of
inspiration from this design which I used in the outcome
of my poster.

All the poses that the models used during this
photoshoot were inspired from the Halloween
movie poster as I wanted the models to almost
imitate what they were doing.
I will be using quite dull colours for

Technical skill notes
I used a DSLR camera to take the photos for this shoot with the camera settings
of 1/125 sec, F/6.3, ISO: 100. I edited all the photos using photoshop and I was able
to create my own version of an original horror movie poster.

Evaluation and improvements
For this photoshoot I decided to take the photos in portrait as it captured the
realism of the poster better than if I were to use landscape. I tried my best to re-
create the Halloween movie poster and add my own aspect to the outcome, I had
my models imitate the poses from the poster as best as they could. If I were to do
this photoshoot again, I would use a better font on my text in order to help with the
inspiration of the Halloween movie poster.
