 Overview of Quizlet

Quizlet is a website and app that can be used to study. All

you have to do is make a study guide on the app and you
fill in whatever information that you are studying. Once
your study guide is complete, you can study it! There are
different types of activities offered through the quizlet
app so you can study your study guide. You also can
view other people's study guide that they have created
and use them if they are not set to private. You can also
make a folder to keep all of your study guide's
organized. 
 Different Tools
• With quizlet, you can make study guides to help you with a test or quiz coming up.
Once you have created your study guide there are different studying features that you
can use to study your study guide. 

• Learn- with the Learn feature, it will start out with multiple choice questions and as
you keep going, you have to fill in the blank or answer it again to make sure you got it
right. 

• Flashcards- with the Flashcards feature, it is just like having a set of flashcards in your
hand but, it is on your phone or laptop. 

• Write- with the Write feature, you write in the answer to whatever the question is

asking you and it comes straight from your study guide. 

• Match- with the Match feature, it takes some information from your study guide and
scrambles them around and you have to match it with its correct answer. 

• Test- with the Test feature, it sets up a test for you with multiple choice, true and false,
and fill in the blank questions and you can customize how you want your practice test
to look.  
How I can use Quizlet in my
classes

• With quizlet, I can make my students a study guide

and show them where to find it, so it makes it easy
for them to study for an upcoming test or quiz. 
• I can also use a study guide as an in-class activity
and display it on a board or smart board and use
some of the cool studying features to have the kids
learn something new but also it allows the kids to
have fun while learning.
