 Employees who work at several bp sites

should be assigned to one site for general
recordkeeping purposes.
 However, cases involving these
employees which occur at another bp site
would be reported at the site where the
event occurred.
 Injuries and illnesses of non-employee
visitors should be handled by the visitor’s
employer.
