Hello

• What is Permanent
What is change?
Life Style: -
A manner of living that reflects the
person's values and attitudes
Comfort Zone
Forming some opinions and
habits, sticking to them only and being
in the delusion that is the comfort zone.
Without responding to the changes
occurring in the world, living in one’s
own world is the Comfort zone.
Causes for creating a comfort zone

 Developing unconsciously a state of inertia not

responding to any change.
 The cause for defeat is discarding thinking and
trying to blame others.
 Insecurity feeling in mind wherever one is
which is believed alone is real and living in an
imaginary world.
 Believing that the way to avoid mistakes is not
doing any work.
Comfort Zone is a zone of place
or people or things or habits where
you are very much happy physically
or mentally, where as your growth is
nominal or zero.
“The secret of contentment is knowing
how to enjoy what you have, and to be able to
lose all desire for things beyond your reach”

- Lin Yutang.
How to come out of comfort zone
People
Change the people around you if you
think you have no growth by staying with
them.
Place
Change the place which you feel
very much comfortable.
Things
Change the things for which you have
more affection and which you feel are
more comfortable.
Habits
Change your habits- One should keep
aside the formed habits and he should re-
examine the formed habits whether they
are good or bad.
“The greatest discovery of my
generation is that human beings can alter
their lives by altering their attitudes of mind”
- William Jones
Other Techniques
 One should examine the new results
emanating from new thoughts and
experiments.
 It is not necessary to bring in changes in
one’s life just for the sake of pleasing
others. One should believe his own
experience.
 Searching for other alternatives for the
work at hand and making it easy.
 Not viewing always from one’s own point of
view only, one should learn about thinking
from other’s point of view. By that the bad
opinions about them should be got rid off.
 Your way of viewing should be new but you
should not view the whole world as new. If you
start viewing so, the old scenes only will
appear new.
“If perfection were stagnation, even
heaven would be swamp”
- Livingston
What is the purpose of LIVING?
• Universal law of cause and effect.
• Taking birth, searching for food, eating,
breeding, enjoying and dying, certainly yes,
then why misery, tensions, anxieties,
agitations, depression, stress and strain
and sorrow, it is because living is not
important. Seeking comforts and
happiness, though not required, is
important there we land into misery.
• Remember death, fate and Destiny are
unchangeable but not Mindset, Thinking,
Behavior, Lifestyle and Attitude. In our life
nothing changes unless we change. If change is
there man moves towards perfection.
• Our life should be a living stream but not a
stagnated drain. Change in lifestyle is necessary
to live in contentment and beauty.
• Change your Mindset

• Change your Thinking

• Change your Behavior

• Change your Lifestyle

• Change your Attitude

Man’s rise or fall, success or
failure, happiness or misery
depends on his attitudinal change

- Mohammad Ali
• The above five dimensions that have been
expressed publicly are more difficult to change
because it requires one to admit that he/or she
has made a mistake finding fault with them. It is
easier to change the above qualities when that
change is not very significant.

• By changing your attitude you will be able to

transform your whole individually t holistic
personality.

• Welcome failures, changes as challenges and

opportunities to learn more with knowledge and
to grow successfully instead of treating them as
threats.
“The only define thing about human
beings is that they change” Your
life control cannot be changed in a
day, but your attitude could be
changed at once.
- Jim Ran
Not everything that is faced can be
changed But nothing can be until it
is faced.

- Lewis Mumford
“A competitive world has two
possibilities for you: you can lose
or, if you want to win you can
change”
- Roosevelt
“A Caterpillar does not know that it
is evolving as a Butterfly”
- Roosevelt
We must compete with the wheel of
time ever churning. Otherwise, we
must learn. If not, we can not
march forward and should remain
static.

His Excellency, the former
