LEONARDO DA VINCI

Painter, inventor, sculptor, architect, engineer,

astronomer.

His figure perfectly embodies the ideal of the

renaissance man, and his expression derived as
wisdom applied to various fields of art and
science.

As an inventor, he left out the

ideas of devices as diverse as the parachute, the
helicopter and the tank, although the
technological level of his time made it impossible
for him to see them turned into reality.

His most universal legacy is in the field of painting.

Magnificent works such as the last supper or the lady with

an erminethey and his most famous painting: the Mona Lisa,
or Gioconda, exhibited in the louvre museum in Paris and
turned into a true popular icon.
