Left side flank pain since 1 month bulk.
Difficulty in breathing.
 
History Of Present Illness: Patient had above complaints since 1 month
back and went to a local hospital and was on observation since 1 week,
complication aggravated and came here for further management .
Past History: Nothing Significant.
Family History: Nothing Significant.
Personal History: Bowel regular.
Allergies: Nil.
Medication History: Nil.
RPI: Nil.

Drug Interaction
The most significant interactions that heparin has with other
drugs is the increased risk of bleeding. So, the drug that increases

medication that slows down clotting ability of platelets.
