- To think about conciliarism’s ideological roots: how far back do they go,
and where do they come from?
- To consider the Papacy in the Great Schism & conciliarism in action: what
did it do, and what criticisms did it address?
- To look at the post Schism Popes: did conciliairsm change their behaviour,
and was it successful?
