Based on the results of the survey, the event satisfactorily met it's objectives and purpose.

As
shown in the survey results, majority of the participants are from the hospitality industry and its
related sectors were able to join the exhibit.

The extensive 3-day event's exhibits, workshops, and symposia featuring international experts
in the hospitality industry assisted in encouraging dialogue among hospitality stake holders
and increase the engagement for the exhibitors and their potential customers by being able to
feature their new products as well as boost engagement by promoting their brands and image.
However, to achieve more reach and potential participants, the event coordinators should
improve their media publications and promotions since only a minor number of participants was
able to know about the event through publications.

We would also suggest encouraging students from different academic institutions to


participate in future events because not only are they the future of the hospitality industry, but
this type of event would be highly educational for them and beneficial for the academe.

It's clear in the given post event data gathered that there is a bigger percentage of the
survey that shows the success of the event. By looking at the data, it shows the level of
satisfaction the guests receive which is nearly excellent. The objectives of this event were
met but in some aspects the exhibitors needed to improve the use of media in order to
achieve their goal. As for the expected generated sales and budgeting, 67 percent rely their
ROI on attendee experience, 52 percent base their outcomes on staying within expenditure,
and 51 percent base their ROI on the number of registrations.

As most of the objectives were met, objective input from participant feedback in the
planning of future events is also a must. If a large number of participants express interest in
a particular session, you may want to invite the speaker back the following year.
Meanwhile, if your attendees struggled to find their way around the venue, think about how
you might enhance their experience.
• Encouraging students from different academic institutions to participate in future events because
not only are they the future of the hospitality industry, but this type of event would be highly
educational for them and would be a valuable learning experience especially within the industry
level.
• The advancement of technology must be used and enhanced in order to showcase the quality of the
event. Appropriate use of this technology will create a meaningful and benchmark-worthy impact.
• In order for the event to be successful, a lot of effort and teamwork should be put into it. A lot of
risk (financial, man power, and other cost) should be taken to get the best experience you want
your audience to get.
• As much as forget to evaluate and assess the overall event including the team. This is to avoid
repeating mistakes and for us to be aware of what we are going to improve or maintain.
