THE MEANING OF ASTHMA
Asthma is a chronic airway disorder that causes airway obstruction (bronchial
hyperactivity), causing episodic symptoms of wheezing, shortness of breath, chest
tightness, and coughing, especially on repeated days.

Factors that can trigger asthma

can be controlled by managing a healthy lifestyle. In addition, you
should pay attention to the following things to maximize asthma
prevention:

 Recognizing & avoiding asthma triggers.Follow the doctor's


recommended asthma treatment plan.
 perform appropriate treatment by identifying the cause of asthma
attacks.
 Using asthma medications that have been selected by the doctor
regularly.
 Monitor airway conditions.
