 Session Objectives
By the end of the session, the participants are able:

1. Discuss accomplishments, leadership milestones

and remaining/emerging challenges in relation to BL
Module 1 plans;

2. Identify factors contributing to accomplishments

and remaining/emerging challenges;

3. Recognize good practices/ innovations done by

different teams;

4. Reflect on the application of BL in the

accomplishments and remaining challenges from
the practicum experience.
 Group Work

1. Each District will be given 20 minutes to review and finalize discussion

points/presentation for the reportback.

2. Presentation should focus on the following:

- Shared vision (as discussed during module 1)
- Priority Health Challenges
- Major accomplishments to address challenges (highlights, not the details)
- Innovations done during Practicum 1 (if any)
- Consolidated leadership insights and/or lessons learned
- Remaining challenges

Choose one reporter.

 Reportback Instructions

1. Each District is given 10 minutes (max)

to present their consolidated BL
Module 1 journey. The timer assigned
will prompt the presenter to wrap-up
and if the time is up.

2. Participants are given 5 minutes for

open forum to ask questions or give
comments/feedback on the
presentation.

1. How did the accomplishments contribute in achieving their shared vision

and addressing their priority challenges?
