Data Collection Method

• We use questionnaire to collect data.

• It helps to collect a big amount of data from a large audience in short
amount of time.
• Objective of these questionnaires is to collect as much data as we can
regarding customer’s satisfaction towards Sime Darby Property Berhad.
• Our set of questions is constructed based on type of customer service,
covid-19 pandemic and macroeconomic effects, customer loyalty and
convenience.
• We also have used a secondary data in our research which is research
method that involves compiling existing data sourced from a variety of
channels. This includes internal sources and external sources.
• When using secondary data method, we will collect, verify, analyze and
incorporate it to help them confirm research objective for the research
period before.
